Part 2 - Which class is right for me?

So, these are some goodies for sure. As these classes require a bit more effort I would encourage you to ease into the classes from Part 1 first.. But, if you want to just give these ones a go, no problem, our instructors give lots of options and always encourage you to take breaks or adapt the shapes and intensity to your unique body and energy level

Which class is right for me? ✨PART 1✨

Okay, fall is just around the corner which we all know means: Back to routine, more time for in door activities, and a desire for connection with community.

I wanted to share some of our classes that are a great option for those who have been away for the summer, or who are brand new to the practice. We cant wait to welcome you to Sunset Studio.
