What a busy and inspiring day at O’Brien Training!

We were at College Heights Secondary School, connecting with students and sharing exciting futures in heavy equipment operation.

✨It’s always great to celebrate the next generation of skilled operators! ⭐️

Meanwhile, our students and instructors were busy at the construction site practicing individual and teamwork on projects with Rock Trucks, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dozers & Graders!

We were also grateful to welcome our employer partner, Andrew of Meraki Resources with Yekooche First Nation, who shared insights on safety, construction and forestry, along with the work their companies are doing on current and future projects!

All of the students attending today from Worksafe, WorkBC, Stellat’en First Nation and Yekooche First Nation have gained valuable insights into industry they may be embarking upon!

📣Huge Shoutout to Andrew from Meraki Resources and your Family of Companies for supporting this journey with the students and for encouragement along the way! We love that you already have a couple of these students as employees!! Way to go 👏

Thanks to everyone who made the day such a success! ☀️
