We would like to send a huge congratulations and thank you to Dereck Patterson and Erin Patterson for representing NITRO Motorsports Park at the Team Finals at Rad Torque Raceway! 🏆🏁

Dereck not only earned Best Appearing Car in Super Pro, but also raced his way all the way down to the final six cars! 👏🔥 That is an incredible accomplishment!

We are extremely proud to have you representing NITRO and showing everyone what our racers are made of! 💪🏁

🏁 RACE DAY UPDATE 🏁

Unfortunately, we were unable to secure the required First Aid coverage for today, which means we are unable to run racing.

We’re very disappointed that we won’t be able to see everyone at the track today, but safety always comes first. ❤️

We look forward to welcoming everyone back to NITRO Motorsports Park for BIG BUX 2026 — September 11, 12 & 13! 🔥🏁

It’s going to be a HUGE weekend, and we can’t wait to see you all back at the track!

Unfortunately, Mother Nature has won another round, and there will NOT be any racing tonight. 😞

But don’t count us out for Saturday! 👀🏁

We may be able to get some SATURDAY RACING in from 12:00 PM–4:00 PM if we have enough volunteers available! 🙌

To be qualified you must have nhra membership and have raced 50% of our points races this season.

We still need a few more cars before we can guarantee payouts for Jr. Dragster, Pro, and Super Pro. Sportsman payouts will be prorated based on the number of cars entered.

The track really needs your help! 🙌 Let’s pack the lanes, support your local dragstrip, and finish the season with a BANG! 💥

Mother Nature finally cooperated, and we were able to finish our FINAL POINTS RACE OF THE YEAR! 🙌

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to all of our winners and racers on an incredible weekend of racing! 🏆🏁 You put on a fantastic show, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up our points season.

We’re kicking off this Points Race Weekend with FRIDAY NIGHT DRAGS! Come out tonight, enjoy the beautiful weather, and watch some great racing! 🌞🏁
