How do you know what compression level to get for compression socks?
It all depends on what you're using them for and if you've worn them before.
If you're new to compression socks or are using them for travel or standing on your feet for long periods then a 15-20mmHg would be a good place to start.
If you're wanting them for swelling or for venous or lymphatic conditions then you'll want 20-30mmHg.
If you are unsure or think you need to go with a higher compression talk to your doctor or give us a call.
