Yes - life can be so confusing, challenging and stressful but please try to adopt the mindset that we are literally here to experience life and enjoy ourselves

Try not to take life too seriously and don’t hold yourself back from ~fear and what-ifs~

🗝 THE STORY: I CHOOSE DARE

Prior to our life coaching services, we originally created the concept of “i choose dare” as an Instagram page in 2021. We created this page with a mission to motivate and dare others to “unlock their inner and authentic selves”, and to challenge them to respond with acknowledgement, reflection, or action.

To create these dares, we take photos of signs, buildings, and scenery around Prince George and surrounding communities, then edit them with thought-provoking questions or quotes.

We incorporated ICD's missions with our coaching services/ offerings to more directly reach, support, and help others through life coaching, specifically teenagers and young adults.
