🔥 Another amazing day of learning and growth! 👊🥋

The momentum kept rolling after an incredible 2026 BC Cup as students and instructors came together at Family Taekwon-Do for the 2026 Technical Seminar.

A huge thank you to Master Kurt Ottesen, Master Michael Barker, and Master Chris Law for delivering an outstanding day of technical training and sharing their expertise.

From patterns and power generation to partner drills, practical applications, memory techniques, training tools, and power breaking, every session challenged participants to take their Taekwon-Do to the next level.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to Family Taekwon-Do for hosting another fantastic event. The future of ITF Taekwon-Do in BC is looking stronger than ever! 💙🥋

Another great day of learning! 👊🥋

Following an incredible weekend at the 2026 BC Cup, students and instructors came together at Family Taekwon-Do for the 2026 Technical Seminar.

A huge thank you to the ITF of BC Technical Committee instructors:

The seminar covered a wide range of topics, including patterns, training methods, practical applications, memory and recall, power generation, partner drills, training tools, and an in-depth look at power breaking.

The ITF of BC Tournament and Umpire Committee would like to invite all umpires, instructors, and coaches to attend the upcoming ITF of BC Umpire Refresher ahead of the BC Cup.

This session will provide an opportunity to review rules, procedures, expectations, and tournament operations in preparation for the upcoming competition.

Event Details
Date: Saturday, June 13th
Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST
Location: Online via Zoom

The refresher is open to all umpires, instructors, and coaches and students.

Additional Zoom details and meeting information will be shared closer to the event date.
