Indoor touch rugby will be starting up again on Thursday Feb 10th. We will start with our old time slot of 9 to 10 pm. However we have the option to change it to 8 to 9 pm depending on interest after the first couple sessions. The following session will be Thursday the 24th so we can see if there is enough interest to run it every week following the 24th or continue with every other week. If all goes well it will run until either the end of April. Prices for the field have continually increased every year we have had indoor rugby and even more so this year. It is not financially feasible for our club to continue to cover the cost difference anymore. So unfortunately the cost per session you have to pay will go up. It will be 20 dollars a session per person, which is why we will look into the option of running it every other week. We will collect by e transfer to graham only. You will have until 6 pm the night of the session to pay or you can pre pay at anytime earlier in the week. If I don't have an e transfer from you prior to the session you WILL NOT step on to the field. It's a city facility so their covid requirements are as follows. Proof of double vaccination or a negative test from a testing facility within 72 hours. Masks must be worn at all times until you step on to the turf at which point you have the option to remove them. We are all ambassadors for our team and to the sport of rugby in this community. In the event anyone is not following the current rules or failing to pay and refusing to leave the field, indoor rugby will be shut down. It's a fun time and it's been a long time since we have been able to play indoors. so let's get some good numbers out.
