Cardio HIIT workout of the day:

30 seconds each exercise:
β€”> high knees
β€”> mountain climbers
β€”> jumping jacks
β€”> burpees
β€”> skaters
β€”> butt kicks (or skip rope)

Monday Madness: πŸ‹πŸ½πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes:
- 10 squat jumps
- 10 pushups
- 20 mountain climbers (each side)
- 20 jumping jacks
- 10 lunges (total)
- 10 plank up downs (total)

Once you’ve completed as many rounds as you can in 10 mins, finish with these 3 core exercises:
- 30 seconds flutter kicks
- 30 seconds side plank (each side)
- 45 second front plank
