It’s time for our Sunday check in at Prince Albert Yoga.
☀️ My thought and mantra for life. Try new things. I don’t care what it is, step outside your comfort zone. Your soul will say FINALLY, we’ve been waiting….just say yes.🥰Adventure is out there🥰. Can you tell I’m passionate about this? 😁
☀️ We’re halfway thru June, the sun is shining, there’s yard work to be done and summer plans to make. Make sure you make time for you.
☀️ We have our regular scheduled program this week.
☀️ Reminder…every time you come to class in June, you’re entered to win one of two Summer Edition Flex Passes. Draw date June 30th.
☀️ Summer Edition Flex Passes will be available to purchase on June 25th.
☀️ The studio will be on vacation from July 3rd (after our morning class) until July 11th with our Traditional 90min Traditional Hot class back on July 12th at 6:30pm.

Goooood evening Prince Albert Yoga friends! It’s time for our Sunday check in.
☀️ Sessions for June are now closed.
☀️ I’m going to be changing our CoreFire Flow name to “Not a Rest Day” starting in July. I’ll also be adding this to the schedule as an evening class to give our after work people the opportunity to experience its awesomeness.
☀️ Yoga Sculpt is a wonderful balance of fitness AND Yoga if you want to give it a go.
☀️ Keep popping in to our June classes for a chance to win one of two Summer Edition Flex Passes. Draw date June 30th.
☀️ The Summer Edition Flex Passes will be available to purchase June 30th.
☀️ Reminder there is no Sunday morning class on the 14th.
☀️ The studio will be on summer vacation from July 3-11th. We’ll be back with our summer schedule July 12th-August 31st.
☀️ In other exciting news…. our lovely Mallory will be back teaching Pilates at the end of June. Stay tuned!
