Some days, the hardest part of your workout is simply starting.
When motivation is low, your day has been long, or your brain is giving you a hundred reasons to skip itâtry the 10-minute rule.
Give yourself 10 minutes. Warm up. Move your body. Do a few sets. Thatâs it.
After 10 minutes, if you genuinely feel like today isnât the day, you can stop without guilt. But often, once youâve started, youâll realize the hardest part was getting there.
And if 10 minutes is all you have in you that day? It still counts.
Not every workout needs to be perfect. Not every week will go according to plan.
Sometimes progress looks like simply showing up and doing what you can. đ
