We are excited to share our new place, coming very soon. Where we will continue to offer amazing classes, bringing in some new classes and keeping some favorites. We appreciate the support and patience during this new pivot in our fitness journey.

Coast is excited to kick off our Fall Fitness Bootcamp Program tomorrow. 6 weeks of kick butt workouts specially designed to get you moving, sweating, and having fun!

Join Nichole on Tuesday/Thursday nights from 5:45pm-6:30pm. Open to all fitness levels, she will make each workout work for you, leaving you feeling stronger each session.

Nutrition, it can be so confusing. Trust me, I get it. And I've done all the diets and fads, and they work, but for how long.

For me, what I find works the best and what I share with clinets. Simple, easy, and enjoying all the foods in moderation.

A good rule is 80/20, which means 80% of meals are full of proper carbs, protein & fats. 20% is a little cream in your coffee, a cupcake here and there, and pizza night. Prioritize protein, it is amazing for the body, and drink your water.

Above ⬆️ 1 cup of high protein yogurt, I use 3/4 cup plain and 1/4 cup vanilla (yes I measure it out) 1 scoop of Lean Fit Whey Vanilla Protein Powder (great protein powder, good clean ingredients & tastes great) and a 1/2 berries (high in fiber and so good for you, thanks )

Easy, quick for an on the go breakfast or snack and getting in all of what you need!
