This is what I am selling.

It's not not going to give you abs in 14 days (like those actually work). It's not a magic pill, fast fat loss or crazy gains.

This is hard work! Not perfection. It is consistently showing up week after week, having realistic goals and falling in love with the process! It's actually really fun haha.

I love your determination and motivation! Keep that!

However, this might be one of the biggest MISTAKES I see when people start coming to the gym.

You are doing the same workouts you see your favorite athletes doing....when what you should be doing, is asking, what did they do when they first started.... or BETTER YET following a program that:

1) You adhere to

2) Works towards your goals! (Effectively and efficiently)

3) Is tailored to your current capabilities

Have you ever done this? I know I was stuck in a cycle for probably 7 years of overtraining and then not training.

Biggest takeaway: You have a CHOICE in how you react and how you think. It can be empowering when you FOCUS on what you can control around you, despite what is happening in the world.

Reflect: Where were you this time last year?
Redirect: Where do you want to be this time next year? How do you want to feel?

Don't make resolutions (which have a whopping 8% success rate fyi)

Set Goals. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time Bound (SMART) Goals.

Take your time with these there is no rush. Where do you want to be in a year? Write it down... Break it down. What does that look like in 6 months? One month? What DAILY habits or routines am I doing or not doing to get me there? (Think critically of that one. Make a list if you have to).

We always start the week off with , but why not ? 🤷‍♀️ Yay it's the WEEKEND!!! But let's not sabotage all of our efforts we made this week.... What are your GOALS?? More importantly, WHY are they important to you??? Find your WHY. Make it MEANINGFUL. Stay CONSISTENT and CRUSH your goals!!!!

And why you will NEVER see me label my workouts this way. NO WORKOUT ON THE PLANET WILL BURN FAT IN A SPECIFIC AREA. This well known fitness myth is called spot reduction and has been around for far too long (IMO😅). You can do all the inner thigh exercises all day everyday but you would be wasting your time. Actually you may see just the opposite. Your legs might actually become thicker looking by building muscle underneath. (Don't get me wrong Strong Thighs Save Lives 😉) So how do you target that stubborn body fat you ask???? Unfortunately, where we lose fat and the order that we do is genetic! To burn fat you HAVE to be in a caloric DEFICIT and your body chooses where you lose it from. Think of it as emptying a swimming pool. The water in the deep end of the pool will be the last to go (aka that stubborn last few pounds of lower belly fat.. grrr.. 😅)
Work with me and I can help you get there! However, I do not promote fast unsustainable weightloss for most. I take a long term approach. I hope that my clients fall in love with the process and see the benefits of chasing a healthy lifestyle. Make performance goals and the aesthetics will follow! 💪

Learn to Squat, Deadlift and Bench! 💪 Class sizes are very small (max 5 people for this one) so sign up as soon as you can. You will have your own sanitized equipment and space for each class. I can't wait to see you all again!

Probably not the best plan🤔. We know you're eager, but resist the urge to hit the weights hard right out of the gates.🐎
Even if you were training at home these past couple of months. You probably didn't lose as much strength as you think!💪 But you did lose coordination, so it's going to take a little bit of practice to get back to your old numbers.
Consider this, if you hit it too hard and you can't workout the next week or you injure yourself (please don't let that happen) you are going to have to take more time off!
Slow and steady wins the race! 🐢
We can't wait to see you, but it would be nice if you made it in more than two times 😂.

MY POSTPARTUM JOURNEY.. for me postpartum was HARD!!! The biggest lesson I learned this past year is that there is NO GOING BACK... only moving FORWARD.
Postpartum, you hear terms such as, "bouncing back" or "feeling like your old self again," but that's not reality.. and really should that be your goal postpartum? Physically? Mentally??
I spent quite some time grieving the loss of my old self. I mean I guess getting all emotional about it was part of the whole process. And..Okay..to be easy on myself it was an unexpected pregnancy. There was a LOT to process, but recently I have actually come to realize that perhaps, I didn't lose the old me at ALL!
Sure... I can't be as selfish as I once was. Sit ups are hard..I can't just get up and go on a whim.. and I can't remember the last time I washed my hair 😂 But the truth is I have only gained. I have gained soooo much ❤. So maybe.. just maybe.. I needed the old me to lay the foundation... for the woman that I am and for the woman that I am becoming...
So here is to moving FORWARD and ALL the beautiful details that entails!!
