Get outside.
Lift something heavy.
Laugh lots.
Fuel well.
Enjoy the extra rest.

This Victoria Day Ladder Workout is a FUN full-body challenge you can do at home, at the cottage, outside on the deck, or in the gym!

⬆️ Climb all the way to 100 reps
⬇️ Then work your way back down
🔥 Finish with a 5-minute burpee EMOM

Modify as needed, take breaks when needed, and challenge yourself at your own pace.

Equipment: Dumbbells + Mat

Format: 40 sec work / 20 sec rest
Repeat: 3–4 Rounds

💪 FULL BODY BURN
1. Squat + Press
2. Romanian Deadlift
3. Reverse Lunge (Alt Legs)
4. Bent Over Row
5. Glute Bridge (DB on hips)
6. Renegade Rows

🔥 FINISHER (OPTIONAL)
3 Rounds:
10 DB Thrusters
12 Alt Reverse Lunges
20 Mountain Climbers

Spring Berry Yogurt Bark 🌸🍓

A fresh, simple, healthy treat for spring!

This is perfect when you want something sweet but still want to keep it light, high-protein, and nourishing.

Greek yogurt gives you protein, berries add natural sweetness and antioxidants, and a little crunch makes it feel like a treat.

Make a batch, keep it in the freezer, and grab a piece when you want something refreshing.

Simple. Fresh. Healthy. Delicious.

Ingredients
🍶2 cups plain Greek yogurt
🍯1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
🫗1 tsp vanilla
🍓½ cup sliced strawberries
🫐½ cup blueberries
🍓¼ cup raspberries
🥣2 tbsp granola
🥣1 tbsp chia seeds or h**p hearts
🍫Optional: a few mini dark chocolate chips

Directions:
➡️Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
➡️Mix Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla.
➡️Spread evenly onto the parchment, about ¼–½ inch thick.
➡️Sprinkle berries, granola, chia seeds, and optional chocolate chips over top.
➡️Freeze for 3–4 hours.
➡️Break into pieces and store in the freezer.
