Here is the April schedule! All classes are at Northern Lights Dance Company in Pouce Coupe. If it’s your first time joining us, come a few minutes early to fill in the waiver form. Classes are $40+gst for all 4 weeks/$30+gst for the 3 week Thursday class, $60+gst for a 5-punchcard, or drop in for $15+gst!

Barre- a fusion of Pilates and Ballet, we work on movements to help with mobility, strength and flexibility. No dance experience is required

Mommy Barre-everyone is welcome to this class, but please note it is a child-friendly class. A classic Barre class with a special focus on restoring and healing your core muscles

So sorry to do this again, but no Barre tonight! We are having a float in the parade tomorrow morning and there are a few more things to get ready! We will be back to classes the week of the 18th!

Unfortunately, life throws us curveballs… and my curveball comes in the form of a battery-eating car… no car=no classes today! Sorry! We will be back to it though for the rest of the week!

Barre is on for 7:30 tonight! $12 drop in for the month of July. Bring yourself, water and a yoga mat (I have both at the studio as well)!

Thursday is our Hip Hop day! Starting at 4:30, come on down and try out a class! Then at 7:30 we have a Barre class! Come check out the space and get grooving!
