The Port Stanley Fitness Centre is an affordable family fitness facility that serves the residents and visitors of the area. Memberships can be tailored to fit the individual needs of all our clients. Members have access to the gym 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Each member receives a pass-code to enter the premises. We offer a full compliment of aerobic equipment including treadmills, rowers, cross trainers, upright and recumbent bikes. A complete body workout can be achieved using our easy to use Apex weight training machines to assist you in completing and achieving your fitness goals. A full array of free weights is also part of the gym. Situated in the heart of Port Stanley on Lake Erie’s north shore. As part of your membership we offer free parking, locker use with change room and shower facilities. Come and try our fitness facility and find that completing your workouts on your schedule all while overlooking the tranquil waters of the Port Stanley harbor is a refreshing experience. Have you been thinking about trying a Pilates Reformer class but you’re not sure where start? We now offer 2 beginner time slots. Intro Classes are 45 minutes in length. Tuesday OR Thursday mornings at 11-11:45 am. 4 weeks/ $50.00
OR
Enjoy the best of Pilates and Mat Full Body Conditioning with our combo class. This class combines approximately 40 minutes of Pilates Reformer Training with 20 minutes of mat Conditioning on our raised platform converters. Class is 7 pm Monday evenings. Three weeks/$45.00
