We are incredibly proud and grateful to announce that MSJ Combat is the 2026 DIAMOND WINNER for Best Martial Arts in Port Perry, and Professor Carlos Marvila is the 2026 DIAMOND WINNER for Best Martial Arts Instructor!

Winning both categories means so much to us.

Thank you to every MSJ Combat family, student, parent, friend, and supporter who voted for us and continues to believe in what we are building.

MSJ Combat has always been about more than Jiu-Jitsu. It’s about our kids, our families, our community, and growing together on and off the mats.

Every month, choosing just one Athlete of the Month is never easy because so many of our students work incredibly hard. This month, Oliver stood out for his dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to challenge himself.

In such a short time at MSJ Combat, he has already competed three times, always giving his best and showing great courage on the mats. His hard work and determination make this recognition well deserved.

We’re also so grateful to have such a wonderful family as part of our MSJ Combat community. Thank you for being part of our journey!

OSHAWA OPEN 2026 🥋🏆

What an incredible day for Team MSJ Combat!

We couldn’t be prouder of every athlete who stepped onto the mats and gave their very best. Every match was an opportunity to learn, grow, and show the heart, discipline, and respect that define our team.

Almost every one of our athletes brought home a medal, but what makes us the proudest isn’t the medals themselves. It’s the courage to compete, the determination to keep fighting, and the way our team supports one another every step of the way.

A huge thank you to all of our parents and families for your constant support, and to everyone who came out to cheer on our athletes. Your encouragement means more than you know.

Congratulations to every member of Team MSJ Combat. You represented our academy with pride, and we can’t wait for the next challenge!

This month, we are so proud to celebrate Ryleigh as our Athlete of the Month! 🥋✨

Ryleigh has been part of MSJ Combat since day one, and this month, her hard work and dedication truly stood out. She has been training hard, giving her best, and showing incredible growth on the mats.
