Get ready for an exciting 8-week session filled with movement, breathing, games, yoga, and LOTS of fun! 🧘‍♀️

Kids’ yoga is not your typical adult yoga class. Our classes are designed specifically for active & curious kids! Bringing yoga to life through playful movement while helping them slow down, breathe, and find a little bit of peace in their day.

We’re excited to bring back two of our most popular classes:

Kids love chalk because it lets them turn the whole world into a giant canvas. They can let their imagination go way beyond a piece of paper, and if they make a mistake, it’s no big deal because the rain or a little water can wash it all away.

A big thank you to Jennifer and her team at Mrs. Fields for hosting our baking camp today and teaching the kids how to make soft pretzels! 🥨 What a fun experience, as always!

The kids absolutely love heading over for these little adventures. We’re so grateful for our small-town community and for local businesses like Mrs. Fields that help make summer camp even more fun with our mini field trips by foot! 💛

And if you didn’t already know… Mrs. Fields has the BEST soft pretzels and so many more yummy treats! 😋🥨🍪

Our baking camp crew took a walk down the road to Mrs. Fields Canada to learn how the soft pretzels are made! Thanks to Jennifer and her team for always providing such a fun & yummy experience for the kids! 🥨
