I offer both in-person and live-online fitness coaching designed to fit real life — not the other way around.
My classes combine strength, cardio, and core, while also building balance, power, and agility. We use a variety of equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, bands, TRX, steps, and more — so every workout feels fresh, effective, and challenging.
