We are so thrilled to welcome back former PMA coach — Katie Rosychuck — who is generously giving her time to host a Red & Black Nutrition Clinic from 11:30am–12:30pm in the grassy area at the pool. Parents you are warmly welcome to join! 💙
🙌 Volunteer Coaches Clinic
Led by the amazing Coach Kathryn — a wonderful opportunity for our volunteer coaches to develop and grow! ⚠️ Remember — Safe Sport training must be completed before getting on deck!

🔴⚫ It's almost time — Red & Black Meet is THIS FRIDAY!
The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here! 🎉 Our Red & Black Time Trial Meet is taking place this Friday, May 22nd starting at 4:15pm at Westhill Pool — and we cannot wait to see our swimmers race, shine and cheer each other on! 🏊💙
From Freestyle to Butterfly to the epic Red vs. Black Relay Finale — this is going to be one incredible evening! 🏆

📅 Friday May 22 — Race starts at 5:15pm
📍 Westhill Pool, Port Moody
🎒 Don't forget to bring:
☀️ Sunscreen
💧 Water bottles
🍎 Food & snacks for the whole evening (no concession or BBQ this event)

Meet Devon — our Technical Coach returning for his 4th season with PMA! 🌊
Devon has spent the past year coaching full-time winter swimming and now he's bringing all of that experience and expertise back to our pool deck this summer. As our technical coach, Devon's eye for detail and technique is what helps our swimmers go from good to great. 🏊

Due to the cold weather forecast, our coaches and executive team have made the call to reschedule the Red & Black Meet to Friday, May 22nd — same time, new date! ❄️

The long hours waiting for a race that lasts seconds. 🏊
