After 17 years of continuous practice — years filled with challenges, breakthroughs, setbacks, and countless moments of perseverance — Coach Ray has been promoted to Black Belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu under the guidance and mentorship of Ryron and Rener Gracie at Gracie University.

Protect yourself and your training partner.

The emotional intelligence and social awareness that is required to see when someone needs care is something so many of us need help with. This is something we can practice in jiu-jitsu and before you know it, it will roll over into all of our relationships and interactions.

My wife is a black belt when it comes to emotional intelligence and social awareness. She is constantly teaching me and I’m so grateful. 😊❤️

What an incredible 4-hour seminar! We had the honour and privilege of learning from Guido Jenniges, 4th Degree Black Belt from Gracie University. Who shared not only world-class techniques, but also deep insights into the mindset and principles of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

Everyone left inspired, challenged, and reminded of why we love this art. 🙏🥋💖
