We have some exciting news to share with our Barre Fitness Port Moody Community!

It is with a happy heart that we announce to you today an exciting change at the studio. Our Barre Boss, Jen has made the decision to sell Barre Fitness Port Moody and she has found the perfect person to take over the beautiful studio!
⭐
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you Nicole Miller, who will be taking over as the new owner and Barre Boss of the Port Moody Studio today, February 14, 2023.
⭐
Nicole is a certified Group Fitness Instructor Specialist, and she spent three years as a professional dancer with Carnival Cruise Lines, six years as a dancer with the BC Lions Dance Team, and one year dancing with the Vancouver Stealth Bombshells Dance Team. Nicole has been teaching at our sister studio, Barre Fitness South Surrey, for the past seven years.

We are also happy to announce that Jen and the rest of the instructors here at Barre Fitness Port Moody will be staying on teaching the classes you have come to love and enjoy!

Your memberships and class packs will continue on as they currently are.

get out of your head and enjoy your body, its the only one you have 💫 I think/know we get caught in the things we don't have and things we want but for a second could we be so effing grateful to have legs that move and pulse and skin that flushes and sweats and even welcome the aches and pains because how boring would this existence be if we didn't experience the peaks and valleys of how it feels to be alive

We are offering FREE classes at our OPEN BARRE event on Saturday, January 7th, 2023!

WHY:
Our open house is a chance for us to share our studio with you, participate in an amazing Barre class, & experience our all inclusive, non-judgmental, supportive community. We take pride in making our space a safe and welcoming environment for all.

WHO:
For EVERY-BODY, ages 15+, all levels! No experience needed.

WHAT:
8:30am Barre Xpress
9:30am Barre Fitness
11:00am Barre Classic

We are thrilled to have a few fav local businesses & entrepreneurs join us as well; 🍍, 💚, and 💜- be sure to take advantage of a little sampling & shopping and support local! 💜

Our sweet early morning warrior, Vanessa is heading into her last week as a regularly scheduled instructor here at Barre Fitness Port Moody 🥹

Vanessa has been a constant support and master instructor to our client's and an integral part of our Barre community. Her warm demeanour and gracious soul has been such a joy to work with and be a part of our team for the past 3 years. We love her and will miss her dearly.

we love you and best of luck on your future endeavours as you embark on your new journey of becoming registered massage therapist!

Vanessa's last few classes will be this Tuesday & Thursdsy at 6am with her very last class on Dec. 9th at 9:30am - sign up and send her off with lots of love! 💜💜💜
