💛☀️🕶️ SUMMER RECAP 🕶️☀️💛

OTD Fitness Club kept everyone moving and grooving over the summer break by hosting TWO challenges throughout July & August! 💃🏼

In July, we conquered the Step Challenge and absolutely crushed it with OVER 10 MILLION steps collectively as a group! 👟🔥

Then August brought something new - the Movement Challenge! The goal? Move your body for a minimum of 30 minutes a day for 25 days straight. It didn’t matter WHAT you did, as long as you got moving! 💪🏻✨

We also got together for “Movement Meet-ups” - a 16km bike ride for ice cream 🍦🚲, a night of beach volleyball 🏐, a sweaty workout with Coach Leah Co 💪🏻, and a beautiful evening walk along the Tay Trail! 🌅🚶🏼‍♀️

I think it’s safe to say we made the most of this summer! ☀️😎💛

But now it’s time to get back to business… BOOTCAMPS ARE ONE WEEK AWAY! 🔥💪🏻

We’re ready. Are you?! 👀

May is always the beginning of busier schedules and high temptations as the weather gets nicer and sports schedules come in full force, but these ladies are quickly adapting to continue to make room for thier fitness goals and make sure the excuses don’t win.
Here’s what we accomplished this month and a glimpse into some of the fun things we did 👀🤪💪🏻
👉🏻 PLANKS:
and .lopers hit their all time plank records! 💪🏻
and added weight to their planks 🤯
and .mcn consistently increased their planks each week 👏🏻
Sam is a super human and managed to hold a 55lb plank for 3 minute 😈
👉🏻WALLSITS:
.pearce .mcalpine Theresa and Sam
All added extra weight to their wallsits 💪🏻
and
joined the weighted wallsit club 🏆14 and hit over 3 minutes and will be joining the weighted wallsit club for June 👀lopers and broke their all time wallsit records ⭐️
.mcn all increased their wallsits each week 😎
beat the all time bootcamp wallsit record by holding a 100lb wallsit for 3:20 😈
held a 40lb wallsit for over 3 minutes in her third trimester and finished her last month of bootcamps strong! We will miss you, Ellen!💜

👑💪🏻CONSISTENCY QUEENS💪🏻👑mcalpine .mcn attended every class this month! Way to be the definition of “no excuses” ladies! 👏🏻

✨🍫GOLDEN CHOCOLATE BAR🍫✨
received the golden chocolate bar as a thank you for always being the best hype girl and bringing a positive attitude to each class. We will miss you Paige!! ❤️
passed the golden chocolate bar to Sam for being a “muscle mommy” and going beast mode on each workout - peep her Jerry can for “anything but a water bottle” day because she’s a machine lol! 😈💪🏻
gave Piper the golden chocolate bar for always giving each workout 110% effort - way to go, piper! 🥰👏🏻

Great first class Coach Leah Co. 💪🏻✨💜

I am SO incredibly proud of these ladies for crushing our very first Grit & Grind class tonight! 🔥💪

You showed up, put in the work, pushed through, and absolutely crushed it!

Now don’t forget to get that protein in and fuel those muscles for recovery… tomorrow’s soreness will be proof of the grind 😉

April was a fun filled month between an Easter egg hunt 🐣, creative at home wallsits / planks during a week break 💪🏻 and of course, smile cookies!! 🍪😃 We worked hard and played even harder 🤪

Here’s what the ladies accomplished this month 👀:

We swapped out our push-ups for **PLANKS**:

and doubled their plank times by the end of the month 😍

Lori, .mcn and Theresa consistently increased their planks each week 👏🏻

Sam and hit over 3 minutes consistently and added weight to their planks 🤯

**WALL-SITS**

doubled her wallsit time this month 😎

.mcalpine .mcn hit over 3 minutes and added a weight to their wallsits this month! 💪🏻

joined Lisa, Kasey and Jada in the 90lb wallsit club 🏆

consistently hit 3 minutes with 25lb and is ready to up her weight for May! 👏🏻
lopers hit her longest wallsit yet this month! 🤩

✨👑 Consistency Queens 👑 ✨milligan .mcn .mcalpine .lopers .14 Lori and Miranda
were the definition of “no excuses” this month by attending EVERY CLASS! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

passed the chocolate bar over to for being “small but mighty” just like her💪🏻 lopers gifted with the golden chocolate bar this month for always being the life of the bootcamp party 💃🏼 milligan made our two biggest competitors (.mcn and ) compete for the golden chocolate bar just like they do for their planks and wallsits 🪨📃✂️
