Update

I will be back as Development Coordinator for the 2026-2027 season. It was a great season last year. I learned a lot over the year, and I want to thank all the coaches and players for their commitment and time.

Having gone through the Hockey Canada Skills Seminar, I’m excited to take back the knowledge gained in Calgary and implement it into our own association. Being able to share this with the players and coaches is beneficial to our program and will help us achieve our goal of developing the players every time we hit the ice!

This year, again, I will be working with the competitive teams as well as offering my own camps.
Right now, I will be focusing on Pre-Season and Evaluations for the minor hockey association. I will have more information in the coming weeks, but there will be development programs for the winter season.

Lastly, in the past year I worked with a few athletes privately. This year I will be advertising this and taking on new clients or small groups. You can message me privately for more information on any of the above, and I will try to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Registration is now open for this year's Defence Camp.

This camp is built to sharpen your skating, improve not only your defensive but also offensive abilities, and build confidence with the puck. Learn the key habits and skills needed to become a reliable, effective defenceman.

Location - Charles V. Keating Centre

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who supported and reached out to me on being selected for the 2026 Hockey Canada Skills Coach Certification Seminar. I really appreciate it, and I'm excited for the opportunity to learn and improve!

Also, I'm looking forward to the first annual CBW Spring Hockey Camp coming up! Excited to get back on the ice with all the new and familiar faces around the rink!

Lastly, I've had a few reach out to me if there will be another Defence Camp coming up. I'm excited to announce that there will be another camp this year! I'll have more information on that when the times are confirmed!

Core Skills will be at 11:30 tomorrow.

Port Hood sessions tomorrow have been moved as well.

Power Skating will be 2:30-3:30

INVERNESS groups update:

Rescheduled sessions from February, 13th will be moved to Monday, March 16th. A combined 90 minute practice at 11:30-1, power skating group will be in one area while the core skill group will be in the other. Power skating will be 50 minutes as usual and the last 30 will be games and a possible surprise appearance in the net! Core skills will be similar, SAGS (Small area games) to start with stations to end.

Friday, March 6th

The two sessions TODAY will be rescheduled to Tuesday, March 17th (Times will be confirmed and updated) with the large amount of players missing today I am rescheduling to be as accommodating as possible.
