Owner/Guide Ken Fuller is a Professional Guide, certified under the BC Sport Fishing Institutes Certified Tidal Angling Guide (CTAG) program. Ken has thirty-three years experience fishing the waters surrounding Port Hardy and is in his sixteenth year of operations for NoBull Charters, founded in 2000. NoBull's 28 foot charter vessel is Transport Canada registered under the Small Commercial Vessel Program, with a complete complement of required safety equipment.
