Best of luck to Saugeen Golf Club’s 2025 Men’s Club Champion, Tyler Smith, as he competes in the Ontario Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship this week at Manitou Ridge Golf Club.

Competing against some of Ontario’s top amateur golfers, Tyler will proudly represent Saugeen Golf Club on the provincial stage from June 15–17.

We wish him great play and look forward to following his progress throughout the championship.

Join us on the patio this Saturday, June 20, for our first BBQ Night of the season. We’ll be serving up a mouthwatering BBQ rib dinner starting at 5:00 PM, followed by live music from 7:00–10:00 PM courtesy of The Campfire Poets.

We’re excited to congratulate Jack Middleton on successfully passing his Playing Ability Test (PAT)—an important milestone on the path toward becoming a PGA of Canada Professional.

The PAT is designed to ensure aspiring professionals can demonstrate the level of skill and consistency expected of PGA members under competitive conditions. It’s a challenging test, and passing it is a significant accomplishment.

Anyone who knows Jack knows he’s passionate about the game, dedicated to helping others improve, and always willing to lend a hand around the club.

Starting Sunday, June 14th, Family Nights return to Saugeen Golf Club every Sunday evening through the end of August.

Starting at 5:00 p.m., families can enjoy 9 holes of golf for $50 per adult, including a cart—and kids play free with a paying adult.

It’s the perfect way to make golf part of your family’s summer routine. Finish the evening with dinner on the patio and enjoy one of the best views in Saugeen Shores.
