After putting in consistent work in our HYROX group classes at Function Health Club, they took everything they’ve been building in training and delivered an amazing finish time on race day.

What is the HYROX PFT? 👟🔥

The HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test) is a beginner-friendly fitness challenge designed to test your endurance, strength, and overall conditioning through a series of HYROX-style movements.

The workout includes:
🏃 1 km Run (outdoor)
🤸 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
🦵 100 Lunges (bidyweight)
🚣 1 km Row-Erg
💪 30 Hand-Release Push-Ups
🏐 100 Wall Balls

This only begins to capture last weekend at amazing Function Farm Challenge 🌾

It is an event built around community, challenge, and raising money for youth mental health.

Because of every donation, participant, volunteer, sponsor, and staff member who showed up, we were able to raise $2,700 for 🙌

This event truly would not be possible without the incredible support from our Function community and everyone who helped bring it to life.
