Feeling anxious before stepping on the mats? You’re not alone. Pre-competition nerves are part of the process — even experienced athletes feel it.

Here are a few reminders to ground yourself:
  💭 Breathe – Slow, deep breaths help calm the nervous system  🎯 Focus on what you can control – Your warm-up, your mindset, your effort  🔥 Nerves mean you care – Use that energy to fuel your performance  🧘 Visualize success – Picture yourself stepping onto the mats with confidence and clarity.
