Youth Fitness with Vic – Summer 2026 ☀️

Looking for a way to keep your athlete active, healthy, and progressing this summer? Our 8-week Youth Fitness Camp is designed to help athletes ages 8–17 develop strength, speed, agility, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Athletes will learn proper sprinting, jumping, and movement mechanics while building strength through bodyweight exercises and introductory resistance training with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells.

📅 June 30 – August 20
🗓 Tuesdays & Thursdays
👦 Ages 8–12: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🧑 Ages 13–17: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Summer Training starts June 30

Give your young athlete a head start this summer with Youth Fitness with Vic. This 8-week training program is designed to improve athletic performance by teaching proper movement mechanics, strength development, speed training, and agility skills.

Athletes will be introduced to bodyweight exercises and resistance training while learning how to move efficiently, reduce injury risk, and improve performance on the field, court, rink, or track.

Specializing in injury prehab and rehab, she focuses on helping clients move better, feel stronger, and train safely, no matter where they’re starting from.

Her approach is compassionate, educated, and dedicated, making every client feel supported while still being challenged to grow.

Fuel your body the right way before training with simple foods that give you clean, fast energy without feeling heavy.

🍌 Banana + peanut butter
🥣 Greek yogurt + berries
🍞 Toast with honey or jam
🥣 Oatmeal + fruit
⚡ Dates or a small granola bar

These snacks can be helpful because they provide your body with quick-digesting carbs for energy and a little protein to support muscle performance and recovery.

Eating the right snack before your workout can help you train harder, improve focus, and avoid early fatigue.
