My name is Katerina BELA. I am a 38yo fitness enthusiast living in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Throughout my entire life, including two pregnancies, having a healthy fit body was my top priority. s old and since that it’s become my lifestyle. Originally from Minsk Belarus, I’ve been on Belarus’ athletics national team for 4 years, volleyball team, running, and bicycle (up to 80km per day). I was a CrossFit enthusiast and worked out with one of the best in the country personal trainer, learning many advanced Exercise Techniques. After having 2 kids, and working hard to get back in shape postpartum, I created my own program with resistance bands.
