This is my go to for a sweet alternative to ice cream to fight that craving. Eat it right away or freeze a few for a frozen dessert!

-3/4 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
-1 scoop vanilla pure whey protein isolate
-1-2 Tbsps skinny syrup (make sure it's the one with zero carbs, sugar, fat and calories)
-15 raspberries (or fruit of choice)
-1 Tbsp Nutracleanse

290 calories
18.5 carbs
4.7 fat
48.5 protein
