🧍‍♀️Your body is unique and beautiful; it should be celebrated!

👊🏼Wear the shorts
👊🏼Workout in that outfit you’ve always wanted to
👊🏼Do what feels good and what honours your body

Physical fitness isn’t the only work we should be putting in for ourselves.

🍎Maintaining a healthy diet

Our bodies…. 👣

🙏🏼 I’m so grateful to be in a place in my life where I am living my most authentic self. That I am able to do what I truly love, and what gives me incredible fulfillment for a living.

We all deserve to give ourselves these moments of kindness.

♥️Make it a practice and a priority in your day.

Today, I gave myself a moment to truly honour my journey. I gave praise to all that I have accomplished, and overcame.

We can do incredible things if we just believe in ourselves.
