Dayboll Jiu-Jitsu Fitness Academy Dayboll Jiu-Jitsu offers Japanese Jiu-jitsu from ages 6 and up, Ladies adult kickboxing, and Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! We also offer Ladies Kickboxing classes!

Dayboll Jiu-Jitsu offers a unique Jiu-Jitsu program for ages 8 and up! The program gives students the opportunity to learn a martial art, allowing them to defend themselves against bullies both verbally and physically. However, within those teachings we focus on also developing personal skills such as self discipline, respect, leadership, teamwork, in hope that these skills transition into every

day life. Jiu-Jitsu for us is not just a martial art, it is a lifestyle. Classes include bag and pad work, as well as a cross training workout at the end of each class! If you're looking to burn some calories, get ripped, or just come and get some energy out, this is the class for you!

It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing the closing of Dayboll Jiu-Jitsu. Wednesday, February 23rd will be our last day of classes.
We would have liked to tell everyone in person, but due to COVID, drop offs are the norm now and we don’t see the parents.
It is with great gratitude, that we have created so many memories over the past 25 years.
Thank you for being a part of our lives.
