Walk in private gym time starting this week:
$10 per hour walk in (if gym is in session: wait or book for next available time slot). Binder will be kept by the gym doors. If questions are to arise call or email. I will be periodically checking in and doing clean ups of the equipment.

Open hours:

6am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Hello everyone! I am now open this coming week and ready to invite some new friends!

I am super excited expanding this business into offering daycare services with my Fitness Studio. Moms out there can now use the private gym and bring the kiddos to Busy Bee's service knowing their little ones are right close by.

Busy Bee's also offers full time care to the community as well as hourly drop offs. Need a break? Or how about some time to clean without disruptions? Day out with friends? Bring them by to Busy Bee's!

Watson's Fitness an Health's Busy-bee service packages will be:

$40/day

Hourly drop off's available $15/hr.

Prices include:

Water play 💦
Yard fun 🥏
Art and crafts 🎨
Lunch following Canadian Health Standards 🍱
And two snacks 🧁

Combo deals made available for the daycare and fitness class/private gym time message for more details.

Last week for sign ups for this amazing Ladies Baseball Event this coming Saturday. We have about 20 ladies signed up- this will be a day full of fun!

10:00 Meet up at Lion's Field Park in Port Colborne
10:15-10:30 Warm up Led by myself (Owner of Watson's Fitness and Health
10:30-11:00 games of 21
11:00 first game
12:00/1230 Free Lunch
1:00/1:30 next Game begins

Come on out and enjoy this event and reconnect with the community again. $10 per person. Sign up as a team or as an individual.
