Parents/Caregivers of school age kids, it is important to come in and update the Registration Form before a new school year starts. Phone numbers, emergency contact numbers, health issues, and behavioral issues are necessary for your child to attend programs.
****PLEASE NOTE: The CC and Seaview School DO NOT share information about children. So please do not assume that what you share with the school, the CC staff would know. If there are any safety concerns, please let us know.
