Once again, our favorite sized Cast makes a stellar meal!

Chicken Drums
Sausage ( your favorite)
Small Potatoes
Onion

1/2 Cup of Chicken Stock
Generous pour of Olive Oil
Italian Seasoning
Garlic
Parsley
Salt & Pep

Stir , and cook on stove top for 10 minutes , then transfer into 400Β° Oven for 1hr 20 min , I stirred halfway through cooking time.

Easiest week night meal!
