A massive thank you to everyone who came out for the Coastal Martial Arts Open; Celebrating a Legacy Tournament and memorial this weekend.
The sheer number of volunteers and judges, the caliber of martial artists officiating, the amazing competitors, families and clubs, packed stands and awesome vibe were a testament to the impact that Sensei Sukwinder had on each of us.
It was fantastic to have highly competitive blackbelt divisions again and it was truly the perfect tribute to the life we celebrate, dedicated to sport martial arts and a lifetime of competitive point fighting.
A big congratulations to Karim Abu Khadra for taking home the Sukwinder Manhas Men’s Blackbelt Memorial Grand Championship Trophy sponsored by Manbir Narang of Remax Mid-Island Realty.
