A lot of soccer action tonight!

3-2 win for U13 girls Koleyak vs Camrose Vikings-Johnston in Camrose tonight. Nice job girls!

U13 Boys Roos took a 2-2 draw against Lacombe Neumann/Mason.
Ponoka played a strong game but an unlucky play resulted in Lacombe scoring in the last minute of the game.

U11 Boys- Jones wrapped up their regular season with a 5-3 win against U10 SC Central-Lima in a game that had been rescheduled. The boys played in pouring rain, clouds, sun.

Great job to all our teams, coaches, officials and linespeople! Some wonderful learning all around.

Storm U11 girls finished league play with a win! 5-2 over SC Central on Tuesday night!
Way to go, girls.

This past weekend the u13 T2 girls played in Edmonton.
A 4-2 loss to last year’s champs Swan City FC. in the was followed by 2-1 win in the evening game vs Phoenix FC from Sherwood Park.
With this split result, the U13’s hold a 2–2–1 record, placing them mid-table in EMSA standings.
Team highlight: Offensive production has been a true team effort so far this season, with eight league goals scored by seven different players—a great reflection of balance and shared contribution across the squad.

Let’s go, girls! 😎⚽️

Battle of Ponoka ⚽️ Storm V Storm

It was a good ol’ fashion U11 showdown on Thursday night with our two boys teams meeting up on home turf.
Team L.Roos and Team Jones were evenly matched and played a tough back and forth game under some darkening skies and windy conditions.
Both teams played well with Team Jones taking the win 4-2.
The game was a good chance for our newer Ponoka referees and linesmen to learn and gain experience.
Great job to the players, coaches, linesmen, referees, team managers, and all who are a part of the Ponoka Storm community.
