Last night we wished Coach Nathan Parsons best of luck on his future endeavors as he heads off to college in Lethbridge this week. We also want to wish him a very happy 18th birthday today as well.
From kids coach in the beginning to adult coach the past while, he has been such an integral part in helping build up our little club and showed amazing support and dedication to everyone.
Good luck in the future and dont be a stranger!!

Last month the girls took a road trip to Canmore for a 3 day JitsNEats intensive camp with the amazing Julia Scardone. What more could a girl ask for? Mountains, besties and Jiu-Jjitsu? We learned a lot of great techniques, caught up with lots of friends and ate a lot of great food that weekend. Definitely cant wait for next year's camp. We always love the opportunity to travel and learn!

Wow! What an amazing day for the club. Big thanks to the Outpost in Lacombe for inviting us down for promotions day. Was awesome to be part of 5 different clubs on the mat tonight. Congrats toneveryone promted today by Drew Weatherhead and Genkijj and we are beyond happy to have new belts today!
