For the entire month of September, Earned Fitness is proud to offer FREE membership and coached functional fitness workouts to employees of the Ponoka RCMP and Maskwacis RCMP.

Come train with us, build strength, improve conditioning, reduce stress, and be part of a supportive community. Whether you’re experienced in the gym or completely new to functional fitness, all fitness levels are welcome.

“I want to make sure I can really commit before I start.”

“I’ll start when work slows down.”

“I’ll get serious after this trip.”

“I just need to get through the holidays.”

“I’m waiting until the kids’ schedules settle down.”

“I need to get in better shape first.”

There will always be a reason why now isn’t the perfect time, and that’s the trap.

Perfect is the enemy of good.

You don’t get in shape so you can start training. Training is how you get in shape.

Waiting until you’re ready to start training is like waiting until you know how to play the guitar before taking guitar lessons.

The lessons are how you learn to play.

You don’t become disciplined and then start keeping promises to yourself. Keeping small promises to yourself is how you become disciplined.

You don’t need the perfect program, perfect diet, perfect schedule, perfect circumstances, or perfect level of motivation.

The goal isn’t to start perfectly. It’s to start imperfectly enough that you can learn, adjust, and get a little better.

Most of the things worth becoming good at can’t be figured out before you begin. They have to be learned by doing.

So Just Start.

💙 OUR 2026 MISOGI HAS AN EXTRA PURPOSE!

This year, we’ll be collecting donations for the Parkinson Association of Alberta on behalf of one of our amazing Masters athletes, Deb.

6 years ago, Deb was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. She continues to show us what it means to KEEP MOVING — regularly showing up, working hard and proving that fitness is about so much more than a workout.

On September 19, while we take on our 2026 Misogi, Deb will be taking part in the Parkinson Step ’n Stride.

Two challenges. One day. One great cause. 💙
