Just a little reminder that “Little by little” ends up being a lot ✨

Chelsea here from Pilates West Island 🤸‍♂️💁🏼‍♀️

(You may have had a message or two from me if ever you’ve written to us or asked for more info)

Just wanted to say hi and remind you little by little ends up being a lot ✨

One class a week ends up being 52 classes a year.

5 minutes of stretching a day ends up being 30 hours a year.

3 deep breaths, 3 times a day ends up being 3,285 moments a year where your body gets an intentional breath of fresh air.

These little moments that may not seem like much right now, they end up being the biggest most impactful choices you’ll make in the long run.

So whether you’re just getting back into working out after taking a break, or returning from maternity or an injury or maybe you are deciding to begin your movement journey for the first time now, just begin. Start small. Make consistency the goal, not perfection.
