Yesterday after almost two years of talking about it and not doing it, I finally put actions behind my words and went to work🏃🏾

Starting from the Valois Train Station , the pace was set and the run was made all the way to the Atwater Market - 21.5km in total distance

Thanks for teaming up with me to make this happen and to the OG Road Warrior for our practice runs!

Men’s Mental Health is a conversation point that still is uncomfortable to talk about…but should be
This month as we recognize and acknowledge the challenges a lot of men face in their dealings with mental health and wellness, we want to make an effort where we can to be engaging, be encouraging, and be empathetic to the struggle
What was once (still is to a degree) was considered taboo to talk about is getting some traction and being normalized by many, with a good population admitting that they’ve had their “days”, weeks, and even years
To be part of the change or if you are directly affected, here are some suggestions to consider:

⭕️Take the opportunity to speak up within your circle. Start the “uncomfortable” conversation and be transparent

👂🏾Offer a listening ear of support to your friends, family, and co-workers. Even if you don’t understand what they’re going through, listen and learn

⚡️Be proactive and educate yourself. Do your research, ask questions, speak to professionals, and be informed
The struggle may feel like a solo ride but know you’re not alone. There are more who know how you feel than you think

Last Saturday I was invited by the good folks at to be part of the Annual All Star event featuring 5 teams comprised of phenomenal athletes at various levels
The energy, the vibe, the atmosphere, and the overall teamwork of our squad was solid which has re-sparked a 🔥in me to prepare physically and mentally for the challenge of a full-season again in 2022
The work starts now to be the best version of myself that I can be, hoping that I can lead by example for the team that joins me for the ride
No time like the present to push toward your goals
Set the tone and your intentions
