Then we do a movement evaluation — so we actually know how you move before we ask you to do anything.

“I’m 64 years old. My joints go east and west — not exactly north and south.”

10 weeks later? Her clothes fit differently. Her strength is back. And she’s ready — her words — to conquer the world for 2026.

She didn’t come in looking to lose weight. She came in to find herself again. To gain her strength, her coordination, her confidence.

If you’ve ever gotten hurt at a gym and quietly decided “I’m just too old for this” — I want you to read this.

Most injuries we see in people over 40 are not age-related. They’re coaching-related.

Nobody taught the hip hinge. Nobody checked the form. Nobody slowed things down long enough to build a foundation.

At Kettlebell Club, the first thing we do with every new member is a movement screen. Before you ever lift anything, we want to know how your hips move, how your back responds, and where your body needs support.

That’s what safety-first actually means.

Your body is not broken. It was just never given the right environment.
