It's definitely weird to see the gym this empty. I want to thank all my amazing clients for the unforgettable memories over the last 9 years. I'm excited to start new memories with a fresh start at my new and fully renovated location. When the time comes, we will celebrate new beginnings together. See you all soon!!

It's very easy to do what you're good at. It's more beneficial to focus on what you're not. Get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself by working on your weaknesses. If you're a runner, go for a swim. Great at strength training? Try yoga. The more you can improve on your limitations, the more well rounded you will be.
