You know when you smile so hard you can't hardly see anything anymore... pure joy and happiness... pride and honor... for this young warrior. Who went onto his adversary territory and beat him by unanimous decision to become the One Strawweight Kickboxing World Champion. I admire his dedication and hard word. The intrinsic relationship with his legendary father and coach Angelo DiBella. To whom I'm so grateful for trusting me with the recovery part of his protégé's training camp leading up to a spectacular fight. I love my work. I love the people I work with. Thank you for the incredible experience, as a massage therapist, for being part of your team. All my love to you and your family ❤️🙏🏼❤️

It helps in increasing blood circulation to the brain while stretching the legs, arms and back. It calms me a lot. And I find a much needed shoulder/pectoral stretch after the strengthening exercises i started doing lately.
People with lowerback or knee issues should beware.

For my morning class people at , I miss you madly. And moving and stretching and making you do strange but effective exercises 😁😅🤣
The last few times, back in October when gyms were opened, I had taken my yoga wheel out... ( et ton père ) needless to say I have elaborated on the subject 😇😇😊 and can't wait to be training amongst my people again. Miss you very much 💔💔💋
