Main Circuit (x2):
• 10 Inverted Rows
• 15 Push-ups (Knee Push-ups if needed)
• 20 Bodyweight Squats
• 200m SkiErg
• 20 Inverted Rows
• 30 Push-ups (Knee Push-ups if needed)
• 40 Bodyweight Squats
• 200m Row
Strength Sets (3 Sets):
• 5 Bench Press (Men = Bodyweight | Women = 50% Bodyweight)
• 5 Barbell Squats (Men = 1.25x Bodyweight | Women = Bodyweight)
• 5 Deadlifts (Men = 1.5x Bodyweight | Women = 1.25x Bodyweight)
• Turf Sled Push/Pull (Men = 2 Plates | Women = 1 Plate)
Cash-Out:
• 100 Full Range Sit-Ups
• 20 Box Jump Burpees (18” Box for Everyone)

Rules:
• For every pound missed on your main lifts, add a 1-second penalty to your total time.
• For every decade after 40 years of age, there is a 10% reduction on the weight of your main lifts (Bench Press, Squats, and Deadlifts).
