Restrictions are lifting and we will be able to open our doors June 10th! We thank you for all your patience and your continued support through this past year.

EFFECTIVE MAY 5, 2021

I am saddened to say once again that we must close due to restrictions put on by the government. We also need to do our part as the numbers continue to rise in our county. The health and safety of everyone is the most important to us. Thank you for understanding. All memberships will be frozen.

We are pleading for community support in keeping our fitness centre open, due to the ever changing COVID-19 restrictions over the last year.
With the most recent announcement still only allowing us to open by appointment only, we are struggling to keep the doors open. We realize that the convenience of being open 24hrs is not available at this time but we are encouraging community members to stay healthy and fit. At this time we can only book sessions by appointment only. Please know that this is only temporary and we are only trying to continue to offer this service in our community. Once again we thank you for your continued support.
