The 2026 ADCC Youth World Championships will be happening in August, and out of the 6 total Canadian competitors at the tournament, we are proud to be sending 4 athletes from On Guard BJJ!

ANNOUNCEMENT

Spring Break camp was such a success, I'm excited to announce that I will be running a Kid's Summer camp! This camp is open to all affiliations, ages 5-14..

Dates:
Week 1: July 20-24
Week 2: July 27-31

Cost for 1 week:
$400 (member) / $425 (non-member)
A $50 deposit is required to reserve a spot.
Single day drop in: $125

Come train with the Top BJJ Youth Competition Team in BC this Summer. This camp is open to all levels, will involve many fun games and activities, and will have a large emphasis on skill development.

We are excited to announce that Saverio will be teaching classes on Monday nights from 6-9pm at On Guard BJJ!

Saverio just won double gold at ADCC Arizona in the -80kg/+80kg advanced 17 year old divisions, defeating both the ADCC East Coast Trials gold and silver medalists. He brings a ton of knowledge and competition experience to this class. We are lucky to have such a young talent take an instructor role at OGJJ.

Saverio's first class will be Monday April 10. Please come out and push the train with us!

Just like that, 2 weeks of spring break camp are done! I was so happy with the way this camp went, we will definitely be doing this again. We worked hard and we definitely played hard! I recieved so much positive feedback from the kids and the parents. What more could I ask for?

We will be planning a summer camp this year and most likely a spring break camp for next year. If this interests you, make sure to keep your eyes open for announcements.

Some impressive work today at ADCC Portland from the OG Kids Comp Team! We won the Top Youth Team Trophy for this tournament! This is such a great achievement because so many talented competitors from all over the country represented their teams at this event! Not bad for a couple of Canucks.

We are in the room every day studying, working hard, and preparing for results like this! As a coach, I could not be more proud of these young martial artists. 2026 better get ready because we are only getting started!
