As we gear up to ring in 2025, it’s time for one of our favorite traditions—the CFPC Centenarian Test on December 31! This fitness challenge is designed to assess your ability to age with strength, grace, and independence. 💪
The test simulates real-life activities that help us maintain our quality of life as we age. Whether you’re striving for intermediate or advanced results, this is an amazing opportunity to see how your fitness measures up and celebrate the progress you’ve made this year.
The Test Includes:
🔸 Dead Hang: 20 sec (Intermediate) | 90 sec F/120 sec M (Advanced)
🔸 Bodyweight Deadlift: Completion | 10 Consecutive Reps
🔸 90-Degree Squat Hold: 1 min | 2 min
🔸 Farmer Carry or Hold: Completion | 2 min
🔸 12-Min Cooper Test (VO2 Max): 1 mile | 1.5 miles
🔸 Single-Leg Balance: 30 sec per leg | Eyes closed, 30 sec per side
🔸 Sit Test: Getting up off the floor without assistance | Getting up AND down without assistance
🔸 Plank Hold: 1 min | 1+ min
🔸 Box Jump: 12” | 20”/24”
🔸 Max RPM on Assault Bike in 10 sec: 70+ RPM | 90/110 RPM
