Producers made significant seeding progress this week with 52 per cent complete, thanks to favourable weather conditions. This continues to be behind both the five-year average of 74 per cent and the 10-year average of 77 per cent.

Stay off farmland and private property unless you have owners permission

Whether you are in Emerald Park or out in the rural areas of the RM, please respect private property. Trespassing is a $580 fine and can potentially be an arrestable offense.

I don't care how sneaky you think you are or how manipulative you've been.

The universe won't let you play games with or backstab a GOOD WOMAN. Karma has a way of catching up with people, and when it does, the consequences are often far greater than anything they thought they got away with.

You may think your actions are hidden, justified, or forgotten, but every choice carries its own weight. The hurt, deception, and disrespect you put out into the world eventually find their way back. No amount of lies, excuses, or schemes can change that.

The truth has a way of revealing itself, and people eventually see others for who they really are. While you were busy trying to take advantage of someone's kindness, loyalty, and genuine heart, you failed to realize the value of what you were risking.

A GOOD WOMAN doesn't lose when she's betrayed—she learns, grows, and moves forward stronger. The real loss belongs to the person who couldn't appreciate what they had.

So enjoy whatever temporary victory you think you've won, because karma doesn't work on your schedule. When it arrives, the losses will be much bigger than what you thought you got away with.

Just a note to the local hunters trespassing on our land, when you leave a gate open with cattle in that field… the cattle get out!

I came home yesterday morning to nearly 100 cows out on the road, and gates left wide open.

We now have two dead cows because when they got out, some wandered into the sheds with our grain, they gorged them selves and bloated and died. These yards are usually better locked up but not when gates are left open.

Heads up to any hunters or others that come down our way to keep an eye out for a silver/grey 4 door truck with 3-4 middle aged/old men in it dressed in camo. Wish I took better notice of the make and model!!!

Edited to add: today friends of ours down near wildwood had hunters trespass and then leave gates open and their entire herd of yearlings got out. 4 yearlings are now dead along with 2 vehicles totalled. What on earth goes through these peoples minds that it is okay to trespass, and then to leave a gate open!! Common, hunters do better!!
