Move Well Athletics ON-ICE Skill Sessions Jan/Feb 2026 (U13/U15)

I am excited to announce that I will be continuing morning ice sessions throughout January and February 2026. 

What: U13/U15 On-Ice Skill Sessions 

When: 
(U13/U15) Thursdays 7-8am 

Dates: Jan 8 to Feb 26

Location: Pilot Butte Rink

Cost: $35/Session x 8 = $280+GST 
*(If all the spots are not filled - drop in sessions will become available for $45/session)

Session details: During these 60 minute sessions, we will build on the fundamentals of hockey - skating, stick handling, passing and shooting - and increase the complexity of drills as the athletes progress. They are for both male and female athletes and will be capped at 15 skaters with a minimum 3 instructors on the ice.   
This small group model allows for each athlete to get multiple repetitions at each station as well as feedback from coaches on technique. 

How to Register: email [email protected] with your athletes name, birth year and, if applicable, what division (ex. U13A) they’re currently playing. 
Once you have received an invoice, please send your payment to confirm the athlete’s spot. 
 

These sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Group 1 of U11’s came in to work on shooting and puck handling mechanics.
Started with some technical drills to allow repetition with active coaching.
After that we put our skills to the test with some game situations and competition.
Finished up the session with some rope climbs and mini hoop slam dunk contest.
Boys learned or improved their technique’s, bonded through healthy competition and had a blast.
Looking forward to our next session gentlemen!
